Our HPL sheets can be applied to interior wall cladding, partitions and dividers, furniture surfaces, retail spaces, etc.

HPL (high-pressure laminated) feature ultra-high wear resistance (test results: 8,000 —15,000r), excellent scratch and impact resistance, color stability (5-8 years without yellowing), fire resistance, flame-retardancy, and easy cleaning and antibacterial properties. It is an integrated material formed by fully curing the resin under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.

• High wear resistance and durability Taber abrasion test reaches 8000-15000 revolutions per minute. Long term use is not easy to expose or wear the substrate.
• Excellent color stability The pre preparation and high-temperature curing processes are adopted to avoid the premature yellowing common in UV technology.
• High hardness The surface Mohs hardness scale can reach level 6 or above, and the nonporous structure effectively resists scratches from hard objects like keys and sand particles, making it suitable for frequent contact or alternate scenarios such as beaches and hospital carts.
• Fire-rated Our HPL is a flame-retardant material that can meet B1 or A-level fire safety standards.
• Environment-friendly We used resin with extremely low formaldehyde emissions and no odor during production.
• Easy-to-clean and moisture-proof With dense surface, the HPL sheets are hard to penetrate. The HPL sheets can be wiped clean with neutral cleaning agents, and are resistant to moisture-induced deformation.
