Facilities

We have 10 mass production lines to produce plain plywood and film faced plywood. Every line is equipped with dryer to keep the veneers at a good humidity level, thus ensuring the products have a remarkable quality.

Production lines with 3 sanders are for thick MDF and HDF, daily output is 1000 cubic kilometers; production lines with 1 sander are for thin MDF and HDF, daily output is 400 cubic kilometers. 2 OSB production lines (1 for OSB2, 1 for OSB3), daily output is 800-1000 cubic kilometers. For hardboard there are 6 production lines, monthly output is 500-600 thousand.

We have automatic facilities for processing Melamine, UV, polyester etc. Besides, we also have facilities for dust absorption, pollution cleaning and other environmental test equipment.
